● Electric utility, sightseeing & special-purpose vehicles, engineered in Suzhou since 2012

An electric vehicle works, not a reseller.

Suzhou Likaiside Electric Vehicle Co., Ltd has designed, built and supported pure-electric utility vehicles since 2012 — with four wholly owned companies behind a single engineering team.

Who we are

A joint-stock high-technology company built around new energy.

Likaiside was established in 2012 as a joint-stock high-technology company focused on the integrated application of new energy and the development, technical consulting, manufacture and sale of green, environmentally responsible electric vehicles.

Alongside vehicle production we supply hardware, mechanical and electrical products — a legacy of the engineering background our founding team brought out of the King Long bus system. That background still shapes how we design: body-on-frame construction, serviceable components, and controls laid out for a driver who has to work the vehicle eight hours a day.

Today the group operates through four wholly owned companies — Suzhou Likaiside Electric Vehicle Co., Ltd, Suzhou Likaiside New Energy Technology Co., Ltd, Shaanxi Likaiside New Energy Co., Ltd and Suzhou Langge New Energy Co., Ltd — supported by three partner manufacturing plants.

Manufacturing capability

Where the vehicles are actually built.

Design, fabrication, assembly, paint and final inspection happen under one roof. That is unusual at our volume, and it is the reason we can commit to a delivery date rather than pass a supplier's delay on to a customer.

Body and frame fabrication

Galvanised ladder chassis cut, welded and powder-coated in-house, with composite body panels moulded to our own tooling.

Assembly line

Drivetrain, wiring harness and body fitment completed on a paced line, with each vehicle signed off at four inspection stations.

20% grade climbing rig

Every drivetrain configuration is validated on our gradient platform at 20% slope under rated load before release.

Final inspection lane

Brake balance, speed governor, insulation resistance and lighting are measured against a recorded sheet supplied with each vehicle.

What we build

Four product families, developed in-house.

Each family has independent intellectual property and a defined platform, so within a family a customer can change seats, body style or payload without changing the service model.

LM Series — electric sightseeing vehicles

Independent intellectual property across 2 to 8 seats, from open-sided scenic shuttles to sealed, air-conditioned cabins. The LM platform is also the basis of our 2 to 8 seat patrol vehicles.

LT & LQ Series — larger passenger capacity

LT Series sightseeing vehicles cover 11 to 14 seats for high-throughput scenic loops and airport transfers; LQ Series vehicles cover 4 to 8 seats in a compact footprint for resorts and gardens.

LTB Series — electric load carriers

Flatbed carriers and cargo trucks from 0.5 to 3 tonnes, plus heavy flatbeds up to 15 tonnes for ports and steel yards. Tipper bodies available from 3 tonnes upward.

Special-purpose conversions

Mobile police kiosks, large mobile police stations, electric school buses, medical vehicles, food delivery and mobile retail units, refuse transfer and sweeping vehicles, parade floats and fire response units.

Our advantages

Three commitments we are willing to be measured on.

Most manufacturers claim quality, integration and service. These are the specifics behind ours.

A — Reliable quality, rational design

Dependable quality, considered styling, practical structure and attentive after-sales support have earned us repeat orders from operators who run vehicles hard.

  • A twelve-strong professional R&D team designing to real user conditions
  • Fine-tuned build quality backed by years of design and manufacturing experience
  • Human-centred layouts tested with drivers, not only with engineers

B — Design, development, production and sales in one

We have spent more than a decade on new product development and technical upgrading, and the experience compounds into reliability.

  • Four-wheel electric vehicle range recognised as high-quality product in the domestic industry
  • Efficient technical service team, with on-site and remote guidance
  • Configurations adjusted at the platform level rather than patched after build

C — Full after-sales support

Support is a network, not a promise. Ours covers close to 24 provinces and cities, with branch companies in selected provinces.

  • Complete pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales service system protecting every customer
  • 24/7 online support, seven days a week
  • Free one-year whole-vehicle warranty, lifetime maintenance service

Coverage

Domestic network, export experience.

Likaiside vehicles operate across the country, with sales outlets, representative offices and after-sales service points in more than ten provinces, and the network continues to expand in reach and in service quality.

Internationally we export to Finland, the United States, Vietnam and Thailand — markets chosen deliberately for their different demands: Nordic cold, North American duty cycles, and the heat and humidity of Southeast Asia. Vehicles destined for each are configured differently, particularly around battery thermal management and cabin climate control.

  • Domestic: 10+ provinces with sales offices
  • After-sales: service points in close to 24 provinces and cities
  • Export: Finland, the United States, Vietnam, Thailand
  • Shipping: container loading arranged from Shanghai port
