Industrial & Utility
A two-tonne deck with a reinforced chassis for dense, heavy industrial loads.
Best suited to: Steel, timber and heavy components. Manufactured to order in Suzhou; typical lead time 25–40 days depending on configuration.
Doubling a flatbed's payload is not a matter of fitting a bigger motor. The Two-Tonne Flatbed Carrier uses a reinforced LTB chassis with additional cross-members, dual rear wheels and an upgraded axle set, so the vehicle carries 2,000 kg of dense material without the frame flexing under load.
It exists because plants keep asking one question: can you move steel billets, timber bundles or castings without a forklift making every trip? With this model, the answer is yes.
The deck subframe runs cross-members at 300 mm centres over a 120 × 60 mm main rail — the same section we use in our 3-tonne tipper. The deck surface is 6 mm phenolic board over a steel sheet, which spreads point loads instead of denting beneath a billet end.
Dual rear wheels carry the extra mass and keep the vehicle stable when a dense load sits high. Lashing points are welded into the deck edge at 300 mm intervals, so a driver can secure an irregular load without hunting for an anchor.
A 5 kW drivetrain with a 60 V pack moves a fully loaded vehicle at 16 km/h and climbs 10% grades loaded. Range is 65–75 km, reflecting the energy cost of moving two tonnes rather than one.
Hydraulic brakes on all four wheels are mandatory at this payload and are sized accordingly: the vehicle stops from 16 km/h in under 4 m, loaded.
Steel stockholders, timber merchants and machine shops use this model for internal transfers between storage bays and the loading dock. Its low deck height means a standard counterbalance forklift can load from any side, so it fits existing yard layouts without new equipment.
