Industrial & Utility
Hydraulic tipping body for granular loads, with a full-width tailgate and controlled discharge.
Best suited to: Construction, waste, landscaping. Manufactured to order in Suzhou; typical lead time 25–40 days depending on configuration.
Moving spoil, aggregate or green waste on site usually means a diesel tipper with all the access and emission problems that brings. The 3-Tonne Electric Tipper delivers the same function from a compact electric platform: a hydraulic body that lifts to 45°, a full-width tailgate, and a 3,000 kg payload.
It is the model we sell most often to landscaping contractors and municipal grounds teams, both of whom work in places where a conventional tipper is simply too large or too loud.
The body is a 4 mm steel floor with 3 mm sides, mounted on a scissor-lift hydraulic frame driven by a 3 kW pump. Lift to full angle takes 14 seconds; lowering is gravity-controlled through a throttle valve so the body settles rather than drops.
The tailgate is a full-width hinged panel with a manual over-centre lock. That matters for safety: the gate cannot open under load unless deliberately released, and the body-down interlock prevents the vehicle from being driven with the body raised.
A 60 V drivetrain moves a fully loaded tipper at 18 km/h with 12% gradeability. Range of 60–70 km reflects the duty cycle — short runs, heavy loads, frequent stops, plus the hydraulic pump draw during tipping.
The hydraulic system is deliberately simple: one pump, one cylinder pair, one relief valve. There is nothing on it that a site mechanic cannot service with hand tools, which is the right engineering choice for a vehicle that will spend its life on construction sites.
Construction sites use it for spoil removal between excavation and stockpile; parks departments use it for green waste; recycling yards use it for residual material transfer. In all three, the ability to drive through a 1.4 m gate and tip precisely is worth more than outright capacity.
