Product overview

Some sites need transport that matches the architecture. The Classic Electric Tour Car carries vintage styling — flowing wings, exposed chrome, bench seating — on a completely modern electric drivetrain, so a heritage district gets the look it needs without inheriting the maintenance of an actual vintage vehicle.

It is the model that most often appears in photographs: wedding fleets, boutique wineries, historic downtown loops and film production use.

Design and construction

The body is hand-finished composite with chromed brass-effect trim, and the lamps use period housings around modern LED elements, so the vehicle looks authentically vintage at night while drawing a fraction of the current. Paint is a multi-stage process with a clear coat that resists the micro-scratching that comes from constant passenger contact.

Bench seating is upholstered in marine vinyl over 50 mm foam, with a low back that keeps sightlines open. The driving position is deliberately elevated, which both suits the period look and gives the driver a clear view over a crowd.

Performance in real operation

The drivetrain is our standard 48 V system: 25 km/h governed, 65–80 km range and 18% gradeability. Underneath, the vehicle uses the same serviceable components as our commercial shuttles, so a fleet operator with mixed vehicles needs only one set of service procedures.

Because the drivetrain is standard, the classic body adds no maintenance complexity. That is the entire design brief: period looks, contemporary reliability.

Where this model is used

Heritage districts use it for visitor loops, wineries for vineyard tours, and wedding venues for guest transfers where the vehicle itself is part of the occasion. Several hotels keep one purely for photo sessions and short VIP runs.
