  • Turf-protection tyres with under 45 kPa ground pressure
  • Hill-hold brake prevents roll-back on gradients
  • Lightweight aluminium frame at 480 kg kerb weight
  • Golf-bag wells and optional club-cover canopy

Best suited to: Golf courses, resorts, estates. Manufactured to order in Suzhou; typical lead time 25–40 days depending on configuration.

Product overview

A golf cart has one job above all others: it must not damage the course. Everything about the LG Series follows from that — tyre pressure, weight distribution, suspension compliance and the way the vehicle holds position on a slope without the driver riding the brake.

It is also the model we sell most widely outside golf: resorts, private estates and airports use it for short, light transport where a full-size shuttle would be excessive.

Design and construction

Tyres are a wide-profile turf compound running at under 45 kPa ground pressure, which spreads load enough to leave no visible track on a fairway even when wet. The frame is aluminium, holding kerb weight to 480 kg.

Hill-hold is a genuine function, not a marketing term: the controller detects zero speed on a gradient and applies holding torque, so the cart stays put while a player steps out to take a shot without the driver holding the brake.

Performance in real operation

A 4 kW drivetrain with 48 V battery gives 24 km/h and 60–75 km range — comfortably two full 18-hole rounds on one charge, which is the practical benchmark for course operators.

Battery options matter here. Standard deep-cycle lead-acid is cheapest per unit; the lithium option costs more upfront but lasts roughly three times as many cycles and charges in two hours, which lets a club run fewer carts at higher utilisation.

Where this model is used

Golf clubs, resorts and estates, plus airports and large industrial campuses that use carts for light internal movement. Fleet buyers typically standardise on one battery chemistry to simplify charging infrastructure.
