Custom & Speciality
A purpose-built electric platform for parade floats and moving brand activations.
Best suited to: Parades, festivals, brand activations. Manufactured to order in Suzhou; typical lead time 25–40 days depending on configuration.
A parade float is a moving stage. It needs a stable, silent platform, power for lighting and effects, and a speed low enough that performers can walk alongside it. The Parade Float Vehicle provides all three from an electric base, replacing the diesel trucks that traditionally tow floats.
Silence is the headline benefit. Choreography, live audio and quiet moments all work on a moving float only if the vehicle beneath it makes no noise, and this is the model's entire reason for existing.
The deck is a structural steel platform rated to 800 kg/m², flat and uncluttered so set builders can work directly onto it. Custom mounting points are welded in at 500 mm centres, giving rigging crews anchors for scenery without drilling.
Onboard power is a 4 kW pure-sine inverter providing 220 V at the deck edge — enough for LED lighting rigs, small audio systems and effect machinery. A separate battery bank isolates stage power from traction power so a long float never strands a performer.
Default top speed is 8 km/h, matched to marching pace, and can be limited further by a marshal's remote control to keep timing precise during a parade. Range at parade pace is ample for a full event; the traction battery alone covers 40 km at 8 km/h.
The platform is deliberately low to the ground for boarding and for the visual continuity of scenery. That requires careful ground clearance planning, so we configure ride height against the route's road surface during specification.
Municipal parades, festival processions, theme-park character vehicles and brand activations. Set builders and creative agencies are the most common repeat buyers, because a stable, powered platform shortens build and rehearsal time significantly.
