  • 1,200 L capacity in two side-loading bins
  • Bin lift mechanism for standard 120 L and 240 L containers
  • Tipping discharge body for transfer-station emptying
  • Width of 1.35 m for alley and pedestrian-zone access

Best suited to: Municipal rounds, campuses, narrow streets. Manufactured to order in Suzhou; typical lead time 25–40 days depending on configuration.

Product overview

Old towns, pedestrian zones and narrow residential lanes are the hardest places in any city to collect waste, because a conventional refuse truck physically cannot enter. The Electric Refuse Collection Vehicle is sized for exactly those streets: 1.35 m wide, fully electric, and quiet enough to operate before dawn without complaint.

Municipal sanitation departments and campus facilities teams are its two main customers, and both use the same argument — one narrow electric vehicle replaces a team pushing hand carts.

Design and construction

Two side-loading bins of 600 L each sit either side of the body, with a bin-lift mechanism that handles standard 120 L and 240 L containers. The lift is hydraulic with a slow-drop return so bins are not slammed, which matters because damaged bins become a ratepayer complaint.

At 1,350 mm wide the vehicle passes through pedestrian gates and service alleys with room to spare. The body tips to discharge at a transfer station or into a skip, so one vehicle can service a full round without manual unloading.

Performance in real operation

A 5 kW drivetrain gives 25 km/h and 55–70 km range with a full load, covering a typical inner-city round of 15–20 km with several transfer trips. Electrification also means early-morning operation is genuinely acceptable in residential areas.

The hydraulic bin lift and tipping ram share one pump, keeping the system simple and serviceable. Lifting capacity is rated to 120 kg per bin — more than a fully loaded 240 L container.

Where this model is used

Historic town centres, pedestrian shopping streets, university campuses, hospital grounds and resort complexes. In each case the value is access: the vehicle reaches bins that a truck round would require manual collection to serve.
