Product overview

Most fire casualties are preventable, and the work of preventing them happens in public, not at the station. The Display-Screen Electric Fire Response Vehicle is built for that work: a mobile education platform with a large integrated screen, paired with a genuine first-response water tank and pump.

Fire services use it in two modes — parked at a school or community event running safety content, and deployed on a call where its narrow footprint reaches places a full-size appliance cannot.

Design and construction

The LED display is integrated into the rear body, weather-sealed and rated for outdoor use, with a media player and wireless content updates. A fold-out awning and onboard audio make it a self-contained education station.

The water system is a 300 L tank feeding a high-pressure pump with 30 m of hose on a reel. It is sufficient for small fires, vehicle fires at an early stage and wash-down — genuine capability rather than a symbolic tap.

Performance in real operation

A 60 V drivetrain gives 30 km/h and 70–85 km range, enough for a full shift of patrol and community work. With the display running, the auxiliary draw reduces range by around 8%, and the water pump draws separately.

Beacon, siren and PA run from a dedicated circuit that keeps working even if traction power is deliberately isolated during an incident — a safety requirement several fire authorities specified during development.

Where this model is used

Fire and rescue services, industrial estates with their own response teams, and large event organisers all use this configuration. In education mode it typically visits 20 to 30 schools a year on a single charge-per-day routine.
