Product overview

A first-response crew needs to arrive together, with equipment, and be able to work immediately. The Double-Row Electric Fire Response Vehicle carries four to six responders, a 500 L pressurised water system with foam injection, and lockered bays for hoses, extinguishers and PPE.

It is specified most often by industrial estates, airports and large campuses that maintain their own emergency response teams and need fast, quiet access to areas a standard appliance cannot enter.

Design and construction

Seating is arranged in two rows with side doors on both sides, so a full crew can exit in under three seconds. Equipment lockers are aluminium-bodied with roller catches and drain holes, positioned at waist height so gear can be pulled out with gloves on.

The water system uses a separate power take-off driving the pump independently of the traction motor. That means pumping continues even if the vehicle's drive is isolated at the scene — the single most important design requirement for a fire vehicle.

Performance in real operation

Range is 65–80 km, which for a campus response vehicle covers a full shift of patrols with several call-outs. Top speed is 32 km/h, appropriate for site roads and pedestrian areas.

The foam injection option adds a 50 L concentrate tank with a venturi proportioner, bringing capability to fuel and chemical fires that water alone cannot handle — a common requirement at industrial estates.

Where this model is used

Airports use it for airside first response; chemical plants for early-stage intervention before municipal appliances arrive; and large commercial campuses for fire-safety patrols. The double-row layout is what distinguishes it from the education-focused single-row model.
